Why do I need to upload photos?

Before our Prescribers can issue your official prescription and formulate your personalised product, they need four makeup-free photos (front, left side, right side, and neck) to review alongside your consultation answers.

These photos will help our Dermatology Team understand how best to treat your skin and allow them to prescribe the ideal dose of gold-standard ingredients.

The photos you share will remain strictly between you and our Dermatology Team and are used for prescribing purposes only.

If we have not received your photos within 7 days of placing your order, a non-prescription formulation will be sent to you instead.
