Refer a Friend terms

These are the terms of the Renew + Me Refer a Friend programme. We reserve the right to change or end this programme at any time.

Basics of the programme

Every active Renew + Me customer is issued with a unique referral code.
You can share this referral code with anyone personally known to you. If they meet the conditions below, this code will entitle them to discounts on their own Renew + Me orders.
If your referral code is used, the advertised amount of credit will be automatically applied to your Renew + Me account.
The new user that uses your referral code will be entitled to discounts on their orders from Renew + Me, subject to a minimum order cost.
You will receive your credit once the new user has paid for their first Renew + Me order and that order has been dispatched.
The Refer A Friend discount can only be used by new customers to purchase the Nightly-Active-Treatment or Serum-in-a-Cream. Other routine products are not included.

Use of referral codes by new users

A new user cannot use more than one referral code issued as part of this promotion.
A valid referral code must be entered at checkout to claim the offer.
Referral codes can only be used by people setting up a new account with Renew + Me and who have not previously used the Renew + Me service.
New customers cannot be referred by the same existing customer twice.
Discounts offered to new users under this promotion may vary. New users will only be eligible for discounts advertised from time to time.
The discounts on Renew + Me orders are provided subject to the new user accepting and complying with all terms and conditions presented to them as part of the account set-up and order process.
Discounts provided to new users cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
New users who apply a referral code acknowledge and agree that their first name and surname initial (e.g. “Andy D”) will be shared with the owner of the referral code, to let them know that their referral code has been used. No other information regarding the new user or the products that they purchase through Renew + Me will be shared with the owner of the referral code.
We reserve the right to decline discounts to new users under this promotion if we believe that the promotion has been abused in any way.

Credit applied to an existing customer’s Renew + Me account

For every use of your referral code to set up a new user account and place an order with Renew + Me, the advertised amount of credit will be added to your account.
You acknowledge that your referral code may be shared and used by people other than persons with whom you have directly shared your referral code. Your first name (e.g. “Andy”) will be shared with the person that uses your referral code. No other information regarding you or the products that you purchase through Renew + Me will be shared with the person using your referral code.
Credit applied to your account is only redeemable against your future purchases of products at Renew + Me.
Credit applied to your account may be used for any active subscription you have, not just the Nightly-Active-Treatment or Serum-in-a-Cream.
Credit applied under this promotion has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
Credit applied under this promotion will be automatically applied against your subsequent Renew + Me orders.
Credit applied under this promotion cannot be transferred to another Renew + Me account or used to purchase gift cards.
There is no limit to the amount of credit you can build up on your Renew + Me account through use of your unique referral codes.
The referrer can only receive a referral credit once for each customer they refer, and only if it is the referee’s first ever purchase with Renew + Me.
Credit from multiple referrals can be used against a single Renew + Me order.
You must always pay a pharmacy fee for a Renew + Me order. Credit applied under this promotion cannot be used to pay this pharmacy fee.
Credit applied to your account will expire after 24 months.
We reserve the right to limit the amount of credit applied to your account under this promotion if we believe that the promotion has been abused in any way.
