Cancellation rights
If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to the end of fourteen days after you receive the Renew + Me Products (but not any Medical Products).
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give notice to us via email to hello@renewandme.com. Please include your email address and date of birth in your email so we can verify your account, and our Dermatology Support Team can cancel your account on your behalf. Alternatively, you log in to the Account Details section of your account to cancel the subscription yourself.
If you exercise your right of cancellation after the Renew + Me Products have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning them to us promptly and in any event within 14 days after the day in which you let us know that you wish to cancel the order. The Renew + Me Products must be returned to Unit 5, Oakwood Business Park, Standard Road, London, NW10 6EX. You must take reasonable care to ensure that the Renew + Me Products are not damaged in the meantime or in transit.
You are not able to cancel a contract where sealed goods have become unsealed after they have been delivered to you and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
If you cancel a contract in accordance with your statutory rights, we will refund the price you paid for the Renew + Me Products, and refund any delivery costs you have paid, although, as permitted by law, the maximum refund will be the costs of delivery by the least expensive delivery option available.
Refunds will be processed via the same method used by you to purchase the Renew + Me Products.
If you return a product because it is defective or we have delivered it to you in error we will refund the price in full, together with any applicable delivery charges. You will otherwise be responsible for the costs of returning the products to us.
